Are your services free of charge?

Yes, all our services are completely free of charge. We believe everyone should have access to care and support without financial barriers—no strings attached, just genuine help when you need it most.

Who can get support from New Life?

Anyone can. Whether you’re dealing with personal struggles, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or just need to talk, we’re here for you. You don’t have to be a churchgoer or share our faith background—we welcome all.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are available on Sundays. Complete the form to ‘Request an Appointment’, select what time is good for you and we will confirm the next available Sunday. If you’re unsure which service to book, you can also request a callback and we’ll help guide you.

I’m nervous about reaching out—what should I expect?

That’s completely normal, and you’re not alone. When you contact us, we’ll take things at your pace. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with—we’re here to listen, not to pressure.

Can I speak to someone before booking?

Yes! If you’re not quite ready to book or don’t know which service suits you best, request a callback. A member of our team will get in touch at a time that works for you.

Are you available during the week?

Our in-person appointments are currently only available on Sundays. However, you can reach out to us online or request a callback during the week, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
